To mark the shift in cuisine and concept, the SQUAD team and I crafted a refreshed identity—one that channels the rhythm, colour and conviviality of Spanish culture into the heart of this Pyrmont favourite.

Effortlessly charismatic, Percy’s wordmark flexes with ease, adapting to any setting and moving to any beat. The palette draws from the Spanish flag, enriched by the vivid hues of the natural and red wines that line Percy’s shelves—bold, inviting and unmistakably full of life.
